I am a freelance foodstylist /chef /cookbook author. I write, create and develop recipes and content for publications, magazines and online and commercial. I'm currently based in London and Wales but am happy to travel for work. Having worked and cooked with many wonderful and talented chefs around the world most recently as Sous Chef for Jamie Oliver at Barbecoa and his Fifteen Restaurant where I helped train and teach chefs on his Apprentice Program before becoming a Food stylist which I love...  most recent book β€œThe pulses and grains cook book β€œ

I also cater weddings, events, supperclubs  ...you name it . When I'm not playing with food you'll most likely find me doing yoga , covered in glitter and pretending I'm in the circus or floating around on my canal boat somewhere in the countryside.
